Contract Sunshine

        

 

View information reported using the former Contract Sunshine reporting system (discontinued during the final quarter of 2007).

View purchasing information reported using the current Contract Sunshine Website.

View each solicitation for bids or proposals and and each proposed order or contract of every state agency that involves an expenditure of $10,000 of more.

During the final months of 2007, state offices and agencies are discontinuing use of a temporary system for reporting purchasing decision and beginning to report purchasing information to a searchable online index. The former system, now obsolete, permitted a rapid implementation of the Contract Sunshine Act.

Agencies are switching to the new system over several weeks. The new system will grow in usefulness in the weeks and months ahead. The old system will continue to display information reported during portions of 2006 and 2007.
